Each year, there's a constant increase in newly qualified dentists, but also a constant decrease in dental technicians. Too much work and not enough technicians, means there will always be work for us all. It makes sense to be a part of a community, where you can ask questions, help other technicians and allow the industry as a whole to develop. Not only will you be advancing your own career and businesses, you can support the younger generation with inspiration and motivation.
